Job Description:
Our company is an historic player in the manufacturing industry, and we are looking for a highly skilled Microsoft SQL, Power Suite, C#, and Python Developer to join our team. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing applications which are part of, supplement, and/or integrate with our existing ERP system, which is the backbone of our business operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and document business requirements for stand-alone applications development.
- Design, develop and maintain custom modules and integrations within the ERP system using Microsoft MS SQL and its integrated development platform.
- Perform data analysis, troubleshooting, and bug fixing on the ERP system.
- Optimize the performance of the ERP system, including but not limited to, database tuning and indexing.
- Write clear and concise technical documentation and user manuals.
- Develop and maintain custom reports, dashboards, and visualizations for business intelligence purposes.
- Monitor and maintain the security and integrity of the ERP system.
- Provide technical support and training to end-users.
Qualifications:
- A degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of experience working as a Microsoft Power Suite, C#, SQL and Python Developer, preferably in a manufacturing industry.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think systemically.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proven ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Experience with Agile development methodologies is a plus.

- Lifting of 40 lbs. occasionally (0% – 33% of time)
- Stooping, bending, twisting, leaning (10% – 25% of time)
- Extended periods of sitting (33% – 75% of time)
Work Environment:
- Typically, inside a climate-controlled office and is required to occasionally move from office to manufacturing areas and outdoors to perform duties
- Occasional exposure to manufacturing environment where the use and wear of proper protective equipment (PPE) such as safety glasses or side shields on glasses and closed toe shoes are mandatory.
