The Kaspar Companies Fellowship Program is not a typical internship. It’s a transformational leadership
journey that challenges and develops both character and capability. This program is designed for students
who want to grow as leaders, think strategically, and make a real impact—while experiencing a company
where faith, family, versatility and stewardship are at the core.
FELLOWS WILL:
Work directly with C Suite leaders
and receive weekly one-on-one
coaching and mentorship from
subsidiary Presidents and Kaspar
Companies executives
Lead a high-impact project that
makes a measurable difference
for the business
Immerse themselves in the
Kaspar Business System and
gain real-world leadership
experience
