Chris Inverso
President
Chris Inverso grew up in the Northwest, where horses and the outdoors were a part of everyday life. Time spent hiking, backpacking, and skiing helped shape his approach to both life and work. Early lessons from his first job in a grocery store, focusing on the customer, product availability, and prioritization, still guide him today. Before joining Circle Brands, Chris spent nearly two decades in manufacturing leadership, including CFO and CEO roles. Most recently, he led Rainier Industries through acquisitions and digital transformation initiatives. Chris was drawn to Circle Brands through strong alignment in values, the Kaspar Business System, and the opportunity to continue building brands that matter to customers. He is known for staying involved with teams, asking questions, building trust, and helping solve problems. Chris and his wife, Tharen, have been married for 24 years and have three daughters. Outside of work, he enjoys supporting his daughters’ athletics and spending time outdoors with family.
