Primary Function:

Manage vaulting operations, including inbound and outbound metals flow, shipping, packing, and inventory management; security and inspection for depository tours.

Position Responsibilities (including but not limited to):

  • Metals transportation from depository to main facility; inbound and outbound package processing/handling.
  • Assist with the day-to-day needs directly related to management and business operations.
  • Manage ERP system to ensure data accurately reflects physical position.
  • Provide security and escort for depository tours.
  • Maintain clean, orderly facility and ensure that safety equipment meets protocols.
  • Miscellaneous “shared” tasks required for operations of small company.

Skills:

  • Ability to work cooperatively with team and management.
  • Fork lift operations (can be trained after hiring).
  • Proper gun safety and training; LTC license required (can be acquired after hiring).
  • Excellent communication skills in both written and spoken formats.
  • Intermediate computer software skills (MS Office).
  • Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written or oral forms.
  • Ability to maintain a neat and clean work environment and personal appearance.

Qualifications:

  • Some college coursework preferred.
  • MS Office applications.
  • Accounting, banking, finance and/or computer programming experience helpful.
  • Must be highly detail oriented, focused, dependable, and trustworthy.

Physical Requirements:

  • Extended periods of sitting and/or walking (33% – 50% of time)
  • Stooping, bending, twisting, leaning (10% – 25% of time)
  • Lifting of 40 lbs. occasionally (0% – 33% of time)

Work Environment:

  • Typically inside a climate-controlled office and is required to occasionally move from office to manufacturing areas and outdoors to perform duties.
  • May be exposed to manufacturing environment where the use and wear of proper protective equipment (PPE), such as safety glasses or side shields on glasses and closed toe shoes, are mandatory.
